摘　　要：地方高校在高等教育大众化阶段不可避免地面临财政、师资、生源等诸多问题,甚至会陷入生存危机和发展困境。地方高校要想摆脱发展困境,就必须通过科学定位、服务地方和创新发展模式等途径,突出地方高校独具个性的办学理念,形成不可替代的办学特色,才能实现可持续的良性发展。During the popularization of higher education,local colleges and universities inevitably face the problems of financial,faculty,source of students and so on,and even a survival crisis and development dilemmas.To get rid of the predicament of development,local colleges and universities must give top priority to a prominent and unique educational philosophy and irreplaceable characteristics by the scientific orientation,local service and innovative development model,so as to achieve the sustainable development.
