摘　　要：国际化商学院教育主要体现在教学模式的多元性、课程设置的应用性、学生培养的专业性.社会人类学田野调查方法是连接有限的商学院课堂与广阔的企业经济实践的重要教学科研方法和认识工具,是现代商学院人才培养方案走出传统的经管类教育模式,是积极应对现代商业社会与企业经济迅猛发展趋势的主动选择.International business school education mainly focuses on the multiple teaching models, applicable curriculum and professional students training. Social anthropology fieldwork research is an important teaching and learning tool which could join together the limited business school teaching classroom and borderless enterprise e-conomic practice. Social anthology fieldwork research is an active choice in modem business school＇ s talent train- ing model with a view to stepping out of the traditional training model of economics and management students.
