酶法和碱性苦味酸速率法测定血肌酐的比较分析

摘  要:目的通过对酶法与碱性苦味酸法结果比对,找出两种方法间的相关性。方法依照CLSIEP9-A2文件,每天随机抽取该院2012年门诊与住院部患者8份血样标本共40份,分别在同一台仪器上用酶法及碱性苦味酸法测定血肌酐,并对数据进行统计分析。结果两种方法测定血肌酐结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关系数(r)为0.998,回归方程为Y=29.05+0.943X。结论两种测定方法具有可比性和较好的相关性,在某特定条件下可以相互换算。Objective Throngh enxymatic and alkaline picrate method resuls,find out the correlation between two kinds of methods. Methods According to CLSI EP9-A2 file a randomLy selected day my courtyand outpatient service and inpatient department in 8 blood samples and specimens from a total of 40 copies ,respectively,in the same instrument by enzymatic and alkaline picric acid method for the determination of serum creatinine,and statistical analysis of data. Reaults The two methods in determination of serum creatinine reaultd the difference was statistically signifcant(P0.05).the correlation coefficient was 0.998(R),the regression eqnation was Y=29.05+0.943X. Conclusion The two kinds of methods for the determination of comparability and better,pertinence, in some specitic conditions can be converted each other.
