摘　　要：图书馆的科学管理对图书馆的规划建设和运行效率起着至关重要的作用。文章通过对我校图书馆专业技术人员的性别比例、年龄分布和学历专业等因素的调查分析,找出了当前制约我校图书馆良性发展的主要症结,并提出了解决问题的相应对策。The scientific management of library plays an important role in the construction and operation effi- ciency of library. Through the survey of the technicians＂ proportion of sex, distribution of age, educational background and specialty, the article finds out the main problems that hinder the development of our library, and puts forward the countermeasures.
