单唾液四己糖神经节苷脂(申捷)治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察申捷治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法随机选择到该院神经科就诊的患者144例分成两组,分别给予试验组静脉滴注申捷100mg,1次/d,连续使用14d,对照组静脉滴注复方丹参20mL,1次/d,连续使用14d。结果治疗组Barthel指数变化较对照组明显(P<0.05)。Rankin指数治疗组明显低于对照组,无不良反应发生。结论申捷对急性脑梗死具有显著疗效并且安全。Objective Shen Jie in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect and safety. Methobs RandomLy selected my courtyard department of neurology clinic and 144 patients were divided into 2 groups, were given to test group vein drop note Shen Jie 100mg 1 times a day for 14 days of continuous use, the control group of intravenous infusion of Danshen 20mL 1 times a day for 14days of continuous use. Results In the treatment group, Barthel index changed significantly compared with the control group（P0.05）.Rankin index in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, no adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Shen Jie on acute cerebral infarction with obvious therapeutic effect and safety.
