摘　　要：体育教学与课外俱乐部耦合联动模式是以体育教学为中心,以课外单项俱乐部为拓展与延伸,拓展了高校体育课的时间和空间,整合并有效利用体育资源,营造体育课及课外体育氛围,对全面提高大学生健康水平。Physical education and extra - curricular clubs coupling linkage mode are based on physical ed- ucation as the center. On the basis of extracurricular individual club to expand and extension, we expand the college PE time and space, create the atmosphere of physical education and extracurricular sports, promote campus culture, and comprehensively improve the level of college students＇ health so as to achieve the objec- tive of physical education.
