大学生弹性就业模式研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济体制的转轨和高校的扩招,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。弹性就业的出现,在为传统的刚性就业注入新的活力的同时,也有效缓解了大学生的就业困境。对大学生弹性就业模式与传统就业模式进行对比分析发现,弹性就业并不是大学生缓解就业压力的权宜之选,而是顺应时代发展的新型择业方式。The transformation of China＇s economic system and the increase of enrollment have plunged the college students into an ever-increasingly solemn situation in job hunting.The emergence of flexible employment,while bringing new vigor and vitality into the traditional rigid mode of employment,eases effectively the difficulty in employment.This paper compares this new mode with the traditional mode of employment,and holds that flexible employment is not only a new means to ease the difficulty of employment but a new mode of career establishment in the new era.
