摘　　要：回顾近十年我国在职人员继续教育模式研究所呈现的一些特点,并对其做出简要评价,对今后我国在职人员继续教育模式未来趋势进行宏观展望。今后我国在职人员继续教育模式将会出现目标多元化、课程融合化、机制市场化、手段网络化以及进程终身化等特点。This paper has reviewed and evaluated briefly the features concerning research of staff in the post continuing education mode over the past decade,and predicted the trends of it.The author believes that existing connotation of continuing education mode defined is inaccurate,abroad experiences to learn is improper,study is lack of systematic and in-depth,security system is not comprehensive and evaluation mechanisms is not sound enough.Goal will be diverse,curriculum be merging,mechanism be market-oriented,means be cyberized and process be lifelong in the future.
