高职会计电算化专业人才培养方案设计实施的几个难题

摘　　要：专业人才培养方案是人才培养工作的总体设计和实施蓝图。知识、素质和能力的关系问题,专业教学团队的能力问题,学生课业考评的社会化问题,是设计实施专业人才培养方案的几个难题。在既有人才培养方案设计实施工作经验的基础上,阐发了知识、素质和能力的关系问题就是职业素质课、专业能力课程和职业拓展课程的关系问题,提出专业教学团队能力建设的一体化观点及其实现的途径,总结了一个学生课业考评社会化的组合模式。Specialty talent cultivation scheme Relationship between knowledge, ability and is the overall design and implementation blueprint of talent training. quality, ability of specialty teaching team, socialization of the student academic evaluation, are some problems to design and implement specialty talent cultivation scheme. On the basis of the existing talent cultivation scheme, the paper points out that the relation between knowledge, quality and abil- ity is just the relation between occupation quality course, specialty ability course and occupation development course, and it puts forward integration view of specialty teaching team construction and its realization ways. At last, it sums up a socialization combination mode of student academic evaluation.
