摘　　要：该文基于能力资源整合视角,系统性地对我国IT企业风险投资的资源选择进行了分析。其中,该文从资源密集度,比较优势及持久竞争优势3方面对IT企业风险投资资源进行评价,确定评价值最高的资源为其能力资源。This paper based on ability resource integration,system analysis Chinese IT enterprises ability resource chooses of venture capital.This paper assesses venture capital＇ resource of IT enterprises from three parts including resource intensity,comparative advantage and sustainable competitive advantage,then determine the highest assess value resource to be the ability resource.
