摘　　要：企业是有生命的有机体,发展过程遵循创业、成长、成熟、衰退的规律。企业应根据生命周期不同阶段的具体特点,选择与之相适应的成长模式:创业期适宜选择家族式或合伙制的成长模式,成长期适宜选择规范化的成长模式,成熟期适宜选择精细化的成长模式,衰退期适宜选择创新型的成长模式。研究企业不同生命周期阶段的成长模式选择,对延长企业寿命、增强企业活力,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。An enterprise is an organism,whose development process follows the law of initiation,growth,maturity and degeneration.An enterprise should select suitable growth mode according to specific characteristics of different period in the life cycle.The growth mode of family style and partnership should be adopted during initiation,standardization during growth,meticulousness during maturity,and innovation during recession.It contains important theoretical significance and practical value to conduct research in growth mode choice of enterprises in different periods of life cycle with the purpose of prolonging longevity of enterprises and strengthening their vitality.
