摘　　要：随着皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设的持续推进,技能型人才的缺乏逐步成为发展中的软肋。高职教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,作为培养高技能人才的先锋,服务地方经济的主力,应以示范区建设为契机,通过校企合作、共享资源、对接平台等外部途径,以及调整专业结构、提升师资水平、深化教学改革等内部措施,为示范区建设培养和输送急需的高技能型人才。With the continued constructions and development of Wanjiang Cities Model Economic Zone,this undertakes the transfer of the low-developed industries.The lacking of skilled talents lack gradually becomes the bottleneck in the development.Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,as the vanguard of nurturing the high skill talents,and as the main economic powerhouse,we should use this opportunity,through external measures such as School-Enterprise cooperation and sharing resources,direct employment to enterprise,and internal measures such as adjust the specialty structure,improving teaching level,deepen the teaching reform,thus,we can cultivate and provide the needed high skilled talents for Wanjiang Model economic zone.
