摘　　要：汽油发动机汽缸体及干式缸套柴油发动机汽缸体,这类带有缸套及水套结构的发动机汽缸体利用消失模铸造工艺生产,属于高端、高附加值产品,成为众多消失模铸造企业追求的发展目标之一。本文叙述了万吨汽缸体消失模生产线项目从调研、立项、设计、制造安装和铸件工艺设计、模具设计及工艺试验到量产的过程,其中有成功的经验,也有失败的教训,供同行参考。The production of petrol engine cylinder body and dry sleeve diesel engine cylinder body casting, high-end and high value-added products, manufactured by LFC process, have become one of the developing goals be pursued by many LFC foundries. In this paper,the whole process of LFC production line,including survey,project establishment,design,manufacture and installation debugging,casting process design,mold design,technological procedure test and batch production,were introduced,in which some successful experience and some failing perception are given to fellow trader for reference.
