摘 要:用于野外环境的测温系统由于内部模拟开关及元器件内阻等受环境温度的影响会发生较大变化,测温精度大大降低。针对这一问题,在现有硬件系统的基础上研究了测温系统各通道模拟开关及元器件内阻标定的实验方案,设计了Savitzky-Golay滤波器对实验数据中的噪声进行处理,并通过最小二乘法拟合出各通道等效内阻的温度变化特性,从而对系统测量输出进行实时补偿,使系统的测温精度得到大幅提高。大量的实验表明,在全温度范围内温度缓变和剧变时,测温精度均优于0.03℃以内。Abstract :The measurement precision of temperature measuring system used in the field would be degraded highly, because the internal resistance of analog switch and other elements would vary big affected by environmental temperature. To solve this prob- lem, the experimental project to calibrate the internal resistance of analog switch and other elements in every channel based on the existent hardware has been researched. A Savitzky-Golay Filter is designed to deal with the noise in the experimental data. Using the least square estimation method, the equivalent internal resistance characteristics of every channel varied with temperature has been obtained. Consequently the measurement precision of temperature measuring system can be improved greatly after the real time compensation to measurement output. Results of sufficient experiments show that the temperature measurement precision of the sys- tem designed is better than 0.03 ℃ in all environment temperature when temperature changing slowly or acutely.
