摘　　要：采用DSP+MCU双核16位微处理器SPCE061A作为控制和数据处理核心,设计实现了便携式光伏电池测试系统。利用SPCE061A内置的ADC/DAC完成数据采集和控制输出,利用其DSP强大数据运算能力对数据进行软件滤波,可以测量光伏电池的特征参数(开路电压、电路电流、填充因子和光电转换效率),绘制光伏电池的I-V曲线,求得光伏电池的最佳工作点,并将数据传由RS-232接口送给上位机保存。为光伏电池研究及生产中的测试提供了可靠的仪器。This paper designed an intelligent portable photovoltaic cell test system using the high performance DSP ＋ MCU du- al-core 16 SPCE061A microprocessors as control and data processing center. SPCE061A carried out data collection and control out- put with its inner ADC/DAC, and DSP kernel completes software filter for measured data. This tester can measure the main charac- teristic parameters, open voltage, short circuit current, the fill factor and photoelectric conversion efficiency, draw photovoltaic cells I - V curve, find the best working points. It sent data to host throuhg RS - 232 interface. It provides a reliable testing instruments for photovohaic cell test in research and production.
