摘　　要：课程资源的利用与开发是课程建设的重要组成部分,任何课程都是以一定的课程资源为基础、条件和前提的,没有课程资源支持的课程改革必然会受到一定程度的限制和阻碍。本文对如何去开发与利用高中体育与健康课程资源做一探讨。The utility and exploitation of course resources is an important component of curriculum construction.Any given course resourses are the foundation of,prerequisite for,premise of any course.Therefore,the course reform is bound to a certain degree of restrictions and obstacles without the support of course resources.This paper will simply discuss how to exploit and utilite the course resources of senior health and physical education.
