摘　　要：本文实地记录了福建福鼎和武夷茶区的白茶、红茶、乌龙茶考察之旅,重点记录了中国白茶之乡——福鼎、世界红茶发源地——桐木关、茶树品种的"王国"——武夷山的茶业现状及历史文化积淀。Districts of white tea, black tea and oolong tea in East and North Fujian Province were investigated.
