DNA倍体和Survivin蛋白在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢肿瘤组织DNA含量、Survivin蛋白的表达及二者的相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测卵巢肿瘤组织细胞DNA含量,免疫组化法检测卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中Survivin蛋白的表达,以正常卵巢组织作为对照组。结果恶性卵巢肿瘤组、交界性卵巢肿瘤组中DNA异倍体率及DNA含量均明显高于正常对照组(均P<0.05);恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中不同病理分化程度的组织DNA含量间比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为4.09、5.02、3.33,P<0.05)。恶性卵巢肿瘤组织、交界性卵巢肿瘤组织Survivin蛋白表达与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);DNA异倍体肿瘤Survivin蛋白表达阳性率明显高于DNA二倍体肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.45,P<0.05)。结论 (1)恶性卵巢肿瘤及交界性卵巢肿瘤DNA异倍体率明显高于正常卵巢组织,且DNA含量与病理分级有关;(2)凋亡抑制因子Survivin蛋白在卵巢癌组织中高表达;(3)Survivin蛋白的表达与DNA倍体类型有相关性。Objective To explore the DNA quantum and the expression of Survivin in ovarian tumor.Methods DNA quantum and proliferous performance were detected by flow cytometry,while expression of Survivin in its slice up of olefin was determined by immunochemistry.Results DNA aneuploidy rate of Malignant ovarian tumor tissues was significantly higher than those in normal control group（χ2=8.21,P〈0.05）;DNA aneuploidy rate showed significant difference between ovarian cancer tissues and borderline ovarian tumors（χ2=4.33,P〈0.05）;DNA in ovarian cancer and borderline ovarian tumors tissues were significantly higher than those in the normal control group（t=4.18,4.62,P〈0.05）;DNA in different pathologic differentiation tissue of ovarian cancer tissues showed significant difference（t=4.09,5.02,3.33;P〈0.05）.Expression of survivin in malignant ovarian tumor group and normal control group showed significant difference（χ2=3.76,P〈0.05）;DNA of borderline ovarian tumor tissue compared with normal control group showed significant difference（χ2=2.59,P〈0.05）;survivin expression of DNA aneuploid was significantly higher than that of diploid tumors（χ2=3.45,P〈0.05）.Conclusion（1） The aneuploid rate of ovarian cancer is higher than that of the normal ovarian tissue and have pertinence with pathologic differentiation.（2） Survivin,the inhibitor apotosis proteins,is highly expressed in ovarian carcinoma tissue.（3） Survivin expression and DNA ploidy types have relevance.
