Ang-2、Tie-2和VEGFR-2在胃癌中的表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血管生成素-2(Ang-2)及其受体-2(Tie-2)和血管内皮细胞生长因子受体-2(VEGFR-2)与胃癌病理特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化法,检测64例胃癌组织和22例癌旁正常组织中Ang-2、Tie-2及VEGFR-2的表达,并对CD34标记的微血管(MVD)进行检测。结果胃癌组织中的Ang-2、Tie-2及VEGFR-2的阳性表达高于癌旁正常组织(74.58%、69.49%和61.02%vs 25.00%、17.50%和17.50%,P<0.05);与胃癌临床分期、复发转移有关(P均<0.05);Ang-2、Tie-2及VEGFR-2胃癌中的表达呈正相关。胃癌组织中MVD数量明显高于癌旁组织中(33.69±11.60 vs 10.65±3.00,P<0.05)。Ang-2、Tie-2及VEGFR-2的表达与MVD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中存在Ang-2、Tie-2和VEGFR-2蛋白的高表达,与胃癌复发转移及预后有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of Angiogenin-2（Ang-2）,and its receptor（Tie-2）,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2（VEGFR-2） and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Ang-2,Tie-2 and VEGFR-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 64 gastric carcinoma specimens and 22 normal tissues.The microvesselensity（MVD） was assayed by CD34 positive blood vessels counting.Results The positive expression rates of Ang-2,Tie-2 and VEGFR-2 in gastrointestinal carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissue（74.58%,69.49% and 61.02% vs 25.00%,17.50% and 17.50%,P0.05）.The positive expression rates of Ang-2,Tie-2 and VEGFR-2 were all significantly correlated with clinical stage and recurrence metastasis.The MVD score in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues（33.69±11.60 vs 10.65±3.00,P0.05）.Conclusion Ang-2,Tie-2 and VEGFR-2 protein positively expressed in gastrointestinal carcinoma tissue.The positive expression rates of Ang-2,Tie-2 and VEGFR-2 were correlated with metastasis and survival.
