摘　　要：深入探讨了动态分层教学法的理论依据、内涵和实施价值,并提出具体的实施步骤:(1)充分准备、合理考核、科学分层;(2)针对不同层次的学生设计相应的教学目标和教学内容;(3)注重差异分类授课;(4)适时考核,动态调整;(5)重视心理疏导。The theoretical basis, connotation and implementation value of tile dynamic layered teaching method are discussed deeply, the specific steps arc put forward ： （ 1 ） fully prepared, reasonable, scientific assessment of stratification ; （ 2 ） design the corresponding teaching goal and the teaching content according to the different levels of students ; （ 3 ） focus on differences in classification teaching; （4） timely assessment, dynamic adjustment; （5） pay attention to the psychological counseling.
