摘　　要：运用德国社会学家鲁曼的社会系统理论来考察图书馆系统及其理论,主要从"时间"和"意义"的维度来审视和阐释图书馆系统在彼此间沟通的实现及其社会价值。认为"时间"是一个图书馆系统可能性的现实诠释;"意义"是图书馆系统自我区分的价值维度。The article uses the German sociologist Luman ＇s social system theory to study library system and its theory,reviews and interpretates library system in communication among each other and its social value mainly from the ＂time＂ and ＂meaning＂ perspective.The ＂time＂ is a reality interpretation of library system possibility;＂meaning ＂is the value dimension of self—distinguishing of the library system.
