摘　　要：文化作为社会科学中具有广泛内涵的概念,在新型农民培养研究中可以构建一个更加全面、多维的分析视角。参照文化学上对文化类型的划分,农民素质可以分为智能文化、规范文化和理念文化三个层次,在不同的层次施之以不同的培养方式,进而建构出一种以文化为视角的新型农民分析框架。With the widely connotation in social science, culture constructs a more comprehensive and multi-dimensional analysis perspective in new farmer training. According to the classification of culture, farmer quality can be divided into intelligence culture, norm culture and concept culture. This paper is to apply different training forms according to the above three levels, so as to construct an analysis frame of new farmer training in the perspective of culture.
