摘　　要：司法精神病学是研究和解决有各种精神障碍的人在刑事诉讼和民事诉讼中的地位和法律责任的学科,是精神病学的一个分支,是精神病学与法学之间的边缘学科。要使此学科能更好的发展与进步,就必须了解该学科在中国的发展历史脉络。Forensic psychiatry is to study and solve all kinds of mentally handicapped people＇s position and re- sponsbility in criminal lawsuit and civil lawsuit, which belongs to a branch of psychiatry and is an interdisci- plinary subject between law and psychiatry. To make this subject have a better development and progress, we are expected to have a clear idea of its developing history in China.
