摘　　要：目的研究BRCA-1和TopoII在乳腺浸润性导管癌的表达及临床病理参数的关系,了解两者表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测BRCA-1和TopoII在92例乳腺癌组织的表达。结果乳腺癌组织中BRCA-1表达较癌旁正常乳腺组织明显降低(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织TopoII表达较癌旁正常乳腺组织明显升高(P<0.05);BRCA-1和TopoII在乳腺癌组织中的表达无明显相关性;乳腺癌中肿瘤的大小、组织学分级和淋巴结转移率与BRCA-1的阳性表达呈负相关,与TopoII阳性表达率呈正相关。结论BRCA-1基因表达降低与乳腺癌的发生有密切关系,TopoII是反映细胞恶性程度较客观的指标。Objective To study the expression and the relationship of BRCA-1 and TopoII with pathological parameters in breast carcinoma.Methods The expressions of BRCA-1 and TopoII were detected by using immunohistochemistry in 92 cases of breast carcinoma tissues.Results The expression of BRCA-1 in breast cancer tissue was significantly lower than that of normal tissue（P0.05）.The expression of TopoII in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of normal tissue（P0.05）.The expressions of BRCA-1 and TopoII in breast cancer had no correlation.Breast cancer tumor size,histological grade and lymph node metastasis were negatively related with the expression of BRCA-1,and positively related with the expression of TopoII.Conclusions Reduction of the expression of BRCA-1 is closely related with the occurrence of breast cancer.TopoII is an objective indicator that reflects cell malignant degree.
