摘　　要：对贵州尾斑瘰螈的生活习性、外部形态及解剖结构进行观察,以期为保护该物种提供技术资料。结果表明:尾斑瘰螈可在人工饲养的环境中正常生长,有蜕皮但无繁殖现象;形态特点与瘰螈属其他物种存在明显差别;主要脏器解剖学特征与其他种属差别明显。In order to provide the technological information for protecting Paramesotriton caudopunctatus , the livchabit, as well as morphological and anatomical characters of Paramesotriton caudopunctatus in Guizhou Province were investigated in the current work. The results？ showed that P. caudopunctatus might normally grow and develop in artificial environment. Compared with other species of Paramesotrito, the morphological character of P. caudopunctatus demonstrated significant difference, and its main organs owned their special characters, indicating that P. caudopunctatus in Guizhou is an unique taxon.
