大理红花大金元烟叶中醇类香气物质含量差异的研究

摘　　要：利用同时蒸馏萃取-气相色谱/质谱法对云南省大理州不同产地的108个红花大金元烤烟样品中的醇类香气物质进行了测定,调查了不同产地间和烟叶部位间醇类香气物质含量的差异。结果表明,不同产地间烟叶中醇类香气物质含量存在显著差异,不同部位间的烟叶中醇类香气物质的含量变化差异不显著。研究结果对烟叶品质评价和烟草种植规划具有一定的参考价值。One hundred and eight of flue-cured tobacco （Honghuadajinyuan） samples from Dali, Yunnan Province were taken to determine alcohol aroma component contents by using simultaneous distillation extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and their variation among growth locations and leaf positions were statistically analyzed by using SPSS. The results showed that alcohol aroma component contents in tobacco had significant difference among locations, but not among leaf position. These results is beneficial to evaluate tobacco leaf quality and planting of tobacco.
