上颌窦外提升同期或延期种植上颌后牙的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价上颌窦外提升术同期或延期植入种植体的临床效果。方法选择13例上颌后牙缺失患者,可用骨高度为3-6 mm,行上颌窦外提升术同期或延期植入种植体治疗。术后6个月暴露种植体,完成上部修复,定期随诊。结果同期或延期植入种植体的患者术后均无明显并发症发生,修复完成后经过6～36个月追踪观察,种植体均行使功能良好,无松动或脱落。结论掌握上颌窦外提升术同期或延期植入种植体的适应证,二者均可以取得较好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of maxillary sinus lift with simultaneous or delayed implant placement. Methotis Thirteen patients with maxillary posterior teeth loss were chosen. The height of the useful bone was from 3mm to 6mm. All patients underwent the treatment of maxillary sinus lift with simultaneous or delayed implant placement. Six months after the surgery, implants were exposed. Then the upper structures were completed and the patients were followed up regularly. Results There were no obvious complications in the patients with simultaneous or delayed implant placement. All implants were well behaved after an observation from 6 to 36 months. Conclusion There is no significant difference between maxillary sinus elevation with simultaneous or delayed implant placement.
