摘 要:【目的】研究玉米秸秆不同接种物浓度下的产气特性,为秸秆在大规模沼气工程中的应用提供参考。【方法】以玉米秸秆为发酵原料,接种不同比例的厌氧污泥,采用批量发酵工艺,在38℃左右条件下进行厌氧发酵。【结果】经过50d的发酵后,秸秆中大部分物质可以得到分解。当厌氧污泥和秸秆比例为10∶3(两者TS比0.57、VS比0.46)、总TS浓度为10.16%时,秸秆产气效果最佳,TS产气率为370mL/g,沼气中甲烷含量为56.04%。【结论】玉米秸秆发酵过程中,随接种污泥比例加大,秸秆的产气量和产气率逐渐升高,但接种量达到一定比例时,原料产气量和产气率升高不再明显。[Objective]This research studied the gas producing characteristics of corn stover under different inoculum concentration in order to provide reference for straw application in large scale blogas engineering. [Method]Using the corn stalks as raw material for fermentation, different proportions of anaerobic sludge were vaccinated. Then, using the batch fermentation process, anaerobic fermentation was conducted under 38℃. [Result]After 50 d of fermentation, most of ma- terials in straw decomposed. When the ratio of anaerobic sludge and straw was 10:3 (the TS rate was 0.57 and VS rate was 0.46 for both) and the total TS concentration was at 10.16%, the straw gasification effect was optimal, in which the gas production rate was 370 mL/g TS and the methane content of biogas was 56.04%. [Conclusion]As the inoculation sludge percentage increased, the straw gas production quantity and gas production rate gradually increased, but when the inoculum size reached a certain ratio, increases on the raw biogas production and biogas production rate were no longer significant.
