摘 要:【目的】证实脂质体形式的黄芪多糖能否提高其药效、减少药物剂量。【方法】选用体重40.99±8.84g的尼罗罗非鱼200尾,随机均分为5组,设为空白对照组、黄芪多糖组(200mL/kg)及黄芪多糖脂质体高剂量组(400mL/kg)、中剂量组(200mL/kg)、低剂量组(100mL/kg);分别于试验第10、20和30d测定罗非鱼脾脏指数、一氧化氮(NO)水平、溶菌酶(LZM)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及总抗氧化力(T-AOC)。【结果】与空白对照组相比,黄芪多糖脂质体对罗非鱼脾脏指数、LZM活性的影响不显著(P>0.05),但能显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)提高罗非鱼血浆NO水平及SOD、POD、GSH-Px活性;黄芪多糖脂质体提高罗非鱼机体免疫功能与抗氧化能力的效果优于黄芪多糖,且整体上呈中、低剂量的效果优于高剂量。【结论】黄芪多糖脂质体能提高罗非鱼免疫功能和抗氧化能力,效果优于黄芪多糖,且可降低其使用剂量和提高生物学利用度。[Objective]This study tested whether the liposomal forms of astragalus polysaccharide could enhance polysaccharide efficacy and reduce drug dosages. [Method]Two hundred Nile tilapias were selected according to the body weight of 40.99±8.84 g. The tilapias were then divided into 5 groups, which were the blank control group, astragalus polysaccharide group (200 mL/kg), high-dosage liposomal astragalus polysaccharide group (400 mL/kg), medium-dosage group (200 mlJkg), and low-dosage group (100 mL/kg). In the experiment, the tilapia spleen index, nitric oxide (NO) level, lysozyme (LZM) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) were determined after 10, 20, and 30 d, revpectively. [Result]Com- pared with the blank control group, the effects of liposomal astragalus polysaccharide on the tilapia spleen index and lysozyme (LZM) activity were not significant (P〉0.05), but the Tilapia plasma NO level, SOD, POD, and GSH-Px activities increased significantly (P〈0.05) or exceedingly significantly (P〈0.01). The APS liposomes improved the tilapia body immune function and antioxidation effects better than APS, and, on the whole, the low dosage and medium dosage effects were better than that of high dosage. [Conclusion]Astragalus polysaccharide liposome could improve the immune function and antioxidative ability of Nile tilapias. Also, the effects of astragalus polysaccharide liposome were better than those of APS since the liposome reduced the necessary utilization dosage and improved the biological utilization degree.
