摘　　要：目的:探寻定向免费医学生对医生职业、医学学习和定向就业等问题的认同度和差异性,提出增强定向免费医学生职业认同感的对策建议。方法:采用自填式问卷调查和个别访谈的方式对调查对象进行调查。结果:在本次调查中:有75.5%学生对定向免费医学生政策认同;有55.5%学生对医学职业认同;有51.2%学生认为定向就业对选择医生职业有影响;有58.7%学生毕业后不打算马上去定向基层单位工作;有44%学生认为定向就业对在校学习有影响;对定向免费医学生认识上存在性别和年级差异。结论:医学生对定向免费医学生政策和医学专业总体认同,但定向就业对定向免费医学生医生职业认同感、未来就业去向以及在校学习产生较为严重的影响。Objective： To explore the identification and difference of employment opinion for directional free medical students about their doctor career,medical science study and directional employment.Methods： Questionnaires which were filled by themselves and the way of individual interview was taken.Results： In the survey,75.5 % students identified themselves with the policy of directional free medical students;55.5 % students identified themselves with medical career;51.2% students thought directional employment had influenced doctor career;58.7% students wouldn＇t go basic directional unit right away;44% students thought directional employment had influenced the school study;there were sex and grade differences.Conclusion： Medical students are mostly identified themselves with the policy of directional free medical students,but directional employment has serious influenced the career identification,future employment and school study.
