红色文化视域下的高校学生党员教育培训实践研究

摘　　要：在加强和改进高校学生党员教育培训中,红色文化作为革命理论、革命经验和革命精神的凝结,具有重要的德育价值。实证调查结果表明,红色文化对当前高校学生党员教育培训的嵌入性不高,高校学生党员对红色文化在思想和情感上的认同度还没有深入到行为程度。为推动红色文化进高校,要充分利用各种各样的教育场合,结合不同的特色活动,解放思想,开辟多种教育形式,发挥红色资源的教育功能。in strengthening and improving the education of the Party members among university students,red culture,as a condensation of revolutionary theory,revolution experience and the revolutionary spirit,has the important value of moral education. The empirical results show that the embedability of the red culture in the Party member education of college students is not high,and the members' identity degree of red culture in emotion and feeling is not up to the behavior level.In order to promote the red culture in universities,we should make full use of all kinds of education situation,combine with the different feature activities,emancipate the mind,open up a variety of education form,and give full play to the education function of red resources.
