摘　　要：民营企业应该承担社会责任已经成为共识。本文以嘉兴民营企业为对象,运用问卷调查法,分析了嘉兴民营企业履行社会责任的特点及其原因,提出了必须加强民营企业自身、政府和全体市民三方面的管理和监督职责,促进企业可持续发展。It has become a consensus that the private enterprise should undertake the social responsibility. Taking Jiaxing private enterprises as the object, and using a questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the characteristics and its reasons of Jiaxing private enterprise social responsibility＇ s performance, it puts forward that the private enterprise must strengthen the management and supervision responsibilities of itself, the government and the citizens, which will promote the enterprise sustainable development.
