摘　　要：本文通过辨析先秦"乐"的含义,指出否定者对墨子"非乐"思想的误解,探究墨子"非乐"思想的真谛,挖掘墨子以及墨家在制定和发展中国古代城市军事防御"礼乐"制度方面的重要价值。This article is aimed at analyzing the meaning of ＂music＂ in the Pre-Qin Dynasty and points out the naysayers＇ misunderstanding of Mozi＇s ＂Non-Music＂,and explores the essence of Mozi＇s ＂Non-Music＂.Based on these studies,the article also probes into the important value of the system about ＂etiquette-music＂,which is formulated and developed by Mozi and Mohist schools in Chinese ancient city military defense.
