明目-7味丸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变致玻璃体混浊的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察明目-7味丸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)引起玻璃体积血的临床疗效.方法:将40例(48眼)由糖尿病视网膜病变引起玻璃体积血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组20例(25眼),用降血糖及明目-7味丸治疗,对照组20例(23眼)单纯用降血糖药物治疗.两组均以7天为一疗程,治疗中观察临床症状、体征2-6疗程.结果:两组出血性玻璃体混浊患者治愈率分别为治疗组80%,对照组47.82%,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:明目-7味丸能够改善糖尿病视网膜病变引起玻璃体混浊患者的视功能、玻璃体积血及视网膜病变,并对其实施最佳治疗方案提出了依据.Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Mingmu-7 pills in treating vitreous hemorrhage caused by diabetic retinopathy （DR）, Methods： 40 patients （48 eyes） with vitreous hemorrhage caused by DR were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 20 patients （25 eyes） of the treatment group were treated by hypoglycemic drugs and Mingmu-7 pills, while 20 patients （23 eyes） of the control group were treated by hypoglycemic drugs only. Two groups＇ clinical and physical symptoms were observed for 2 - 6 treatment courses （7 days as a treatment course）. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was 80%, of the control group was 48%, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion： Mingmu-7 pills can improve the visual function, vitreous hemorrhage symptoms and retinopathy of those patients with vitreous opacity caused by DR, it also proposes the basis of the best treatment project.
