摘　　要：高等职业教育是高等教育和职业教育的重要组成部分,是实现高等教育大众化的一个重要途径,纵观世界各国,高等职业教育培养的都是技术型人才,它的发展是经济发展、科技进步的必然产物。高等职业教育在我国的兴起是改革开放的产物。大力发展高等职业教育,依然是21世纪我国高等教育发展战略的重点之一。Higher vocational education is a very important part of higher education and vocational education, and it is an im- portant means to popularize higher education. Worldwide, higher vocational education is to train technical talents, and it develop- ment is the product of economic growth and scientific progress. In China, higher vocational education is the product of the opening and reform policies. To develop higher vocational education vigorously is a key point in realizing the strategic plans for China＇s higher education in the 21st century.
