三九胃泰联合法莫替丁对胃溃疡患者血清胃泌素和转化生长因子β1的影响及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:观察三九胃泰联合法莫替丁对胃溃疡血清胃泌素(Gas)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响,并分析其临床意义。方法:84例胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组予三九胃泰及法莫替丁口服;对照组仅予法莫替丁口服。疗程均为8w。治疗前后各组分别进行血清Gas、TGF-β1测定;治疗组及对照组行内镜检查评估溃疡愈合率及临床症状评分。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者血清Gas、TGF-β1水平都明显下降,但治疗组更为显著(P<0.05);同时两组患者临床症状均有不同程度改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组溃疡愈合率、总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组无不良反应发生。结论:三九胃泰联合法莫替丁可以显著降低胃溃疡患者血清Gas、TGF-β1水平以改善患者临床症状,增强机体免疫功能,其疗效安全可靠值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect and clinical meaning of Sanjiu Weitai on serum gastrin and transforming growth factor β1（TGF-β1） in treating gastric ulcer. Methods： 84 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. The treatment group was given Sanjiu Weitai combined with famotidine, while the control group was given only famotidine for 8 weeks. The serum gastrin and TGF-β1 before and after treatment were all checked. Endoscopic examination was taken in both group to evaluate the ulcer effective rate and the clinical symptom scrores. Results： After treatment, the level of serum gastrin and TGF-β1 in all patients were decreased remarkably, more significantly in the treated group （P〈0.05）. And clinical symptoms of the two groups patients were improved, the treated group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. However, the healed rate and the total effective rate of the treated group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. No adverse effects were detected in the treated group. Conclusion： The clinical symptoms can be improved by reducing the level of serum gastrin and TGF-β1 in gastric ulcer patients treated with Sanjiu Weitai combined with famotidine. It can enhance the immune function of organism. The clinical effect is reliable and worth for a wide clinical application.
