补阳还五消食汤加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁症65例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五消食汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效。方法:65例PSD患者随机分成补阳还五消食汤研究组32例和对照组33例,在常规脑卒中治疗基础上,研究组加补阳还五消食汤每日1剂治疗,对照组加氟西汀40mg/d治疗,疗程1个月。用汉密顿抑郁量表在治疗1个月和结束后分别进行评定观察。结果:抗抑郁的效果,研究组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血解郁汤治疗PSD见效快,疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the Buyang Huanwu Xiaoshi decoction in treating paststroke depression （PSD）. Methods： 65 patients with paststroke depression were randomly divided into two groups, 32 in the treated group and 33 in the control group. The treated group and the control group were given Buyang Huanwu Xiaoshi decoction once a day and fluoxetine 40mg a day for a month, respectively. To evaluate their scores by Hamilton depression rating scale after a month treatment and at the end of the therapy. Results： The treated group had better efficacy in paststroke depression. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu Xiaoshi decoction had fast and notable effect in PSD.
