细胞周期蛋白D1的表达与乳腺癌新辅助化疗关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后CyclinD1蛋白表达与化疗的关系。方法选择手术治疗的Ⅱb-Ⅲb期女性乳腺癌患者80例,分为CyclinD1阳性46例,阴性34例。术前先行蒽环类药物联合化疗方案或紫杉类药物化疗2-4个周期。新辅助化疗前后临床体检和B超测量肿瘤原发灶体积,评估近期疗效。结果 CyclinD1蛋白的阳性表达与患者的绝经情况、肿瘤的大小、腋窝淋巴结的受累情况、临床分期以及组织学分级无相关性(P>0.05)。CyclinD1表达阳性者,化疗疗效优于CyclinD1表达阴性者(P<0.05)。结论 CyclinD1蛋白表达阳性的患者,可能对化疗的敏感性增加,CyclinD1蛋白表达有助于预测新辅助化疗的效果并指导临床治疗。Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 before and after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,and to analyze their relevance to tumor biological characteristics,chemotherapy effect of patients.Methods Immunohistochemical staining technology（SP） were used to analysis for 80 cases of breast carcinoma.80 cases patients including 46 cases Cyclin D1 positive and 34 cases CyclinD1 negative were all at the stage of IIb-IIIb,and had never experienced chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy before.Before operation the patients experienced 2-4 cycles of chemotherapy with taxols or anthracyclines.The sizes of each breast tumors were measured by physical examination and type B ultrasonic,and the recent clinical effect was appraised.Results There was no correlation between the expression of CyclinD1 protein and menopausal status,tumor size,axillary lymph node involvement,clinical stage and histological grading in breast tumor.Conclusion It can indicate that the tumor with CyclinD1 expression positive may more sensitive than with CyclinD1 expression negative to chemotherapy in breast cancer.It can be used as a target of diagnosis and prognosis.
