摘　　要：人际和谐是一切和谐的根本,营造良好的人际关系,是事业成功、社会稳定、国家繁荣的必要条件,本文重点研讨和谐人际关系在构建和谐社会中的地位和作用;人际关系不和谐的突出表现;着力构建和谐人际关系对策措施等问题。Interpersonal harmony is the foundation of all kinds of harmony. It is a necessary condition for ca- reer success, social stability and national prosperity to create a good interpersonal relationship. This article focu- ses on a number of issues such as the status and function of harmonious interpersonal relationship in the construc- tion of a harmonious society, the main phenomena of unharmonious interpersonal relationship, and the counter- measures for the constructing of interpersonal harmony.
