摘　　要：群体盟誓制度是民族成员在长期的生产、生活和社会交往中共同确认和信守的行为规范。作为特殊情境下的一种选择智慧和历史遗存的道德观念,盟誓在西南少数民族社会中尤其表现明显。本文通过文献搜集和田野调查,对西南少数民族社会盟誓的意义、形式、特征和功能进行了分析,认为群体盟誓作为确立互信,加强合作、促进交往的重要手段,对当今中国构建社会主义和谐社会仍旧具有重要的现实意义。The alliance system is a behavior norm abided by group members through the long -term produc- tion and daily life. As a selection of wisdom and moral concept, the alliance system plays a particularly important role in the societies of the ethnic minority nationalities in the Southwest of China. Based on the fieldwork and documental review, this paper analyzes the meaning, forms, characteristics and functions of the alliance system, and concludes that as a important means of establishing mutual trust, strengthening cooperation, and promoting communication, the alliance system plays a realistic significant role in the building of a harmonious socialist soci- ety in China.
