摘　　要：冷轧板表面缺陷是影响成材率的主要因素之一。经过长期检测与分析,表面夹杂物引起的表面缺陷占50%。通过对冷轧板表面夹杂物成分和铸坯中夹杂物的尺寸与数量的分析,找到了提高表面质量的途径。The cold rolled steet sheet surface defects are, one of the main factors for yield. After testing and analysis, surface defects caused approximately 50%. Based on the analysis of cold roiled plate surface inclusions and casting blank inclusion size and quantity analysis, find the way of improving the surface quality.
