摘  要:对3炉Si、Mn含量不同但其它成分相近的试验钢,在同等热轧、冷轧、连退工艺下生产的成品进行组织、性能检测对比分析,并且引入合金元素Mneq变化对临界冷却速率即奥氏体淬透性的影响,结果表明,Mn含量是影响冷试验钢组织性能的主要因素,Mn含量为1.21%时,出现双相组织,马氏体比率为8%-10%,屈强比为0.63;Mn含量为1.79%时,马氏体比率为17%-20%,屈强比为0.58;随Mn含量提高,冷轧双相钢马氏体比率逐渐上升,抗拉强度急剧增加,屈强比降低,DP钢组织性能特征愈明显。This paper compared with microstructure and property of 3 heats experimental steel finished product, whose Si and Mn content are different, but other compositions are similar, which were produced in same process, while the influence on critical cooling rate, which is the Austeuite hardenabitity, by the changing of alloy-element Mneq is brought in. The result shows that in this experiment Mn content is a very important factor to affect the rnicrostructure and property of cold rolled dual phase steel. When Mn= 1.21%, the dual phase microstructure appears and the ratio of martensite is 8-10%, Rel/Rm is 0.63; When Mn= 1.79, the ratio of martensite is 17-20%, Rel/Rm is 0.58;With the increas of Mn content, the ratio of martensite in cold rolled dual phase steel rises gradually, the Re/Rm increases greatly, the Rel/Rm decreases, and the Characteristics of Dual Phase steel microstructure and property become more obvious.
