摘　　要：近年来,我国职业教育经费连年增长,有效带动了各方面的资金投入,改善和加强了中、高等职业院校的整体实力。但目前职业教育经费仍显不足,因此,要建立健全职业教育经费保障机制,具体措施是:建立职业教育经费增长的长效机制;健全以政府财政为主的职业教育经费保障机制;推进职业教育经费统筹配置机制;完善职业院校社会捐赠激励机制。In recent years, the capital for vocational education development is increased year by year, which greatly en- hanced the overall strengthen of secondary and higher vocational schools. However, the capital for vocational education isn＇ t sufficient at present. Therefore, the capital assurance mechanism for vocational education should be built and perfected, and the material measures are： optimize the capital assurance mechanism for vocational education subjected by governmen- tal finance; boost the overall collocation mechanism for vocational education capital; optimize the incentive mechanism for social donation of vocational schools.
