酒依赖患者家属康复知识教育对降低复饮率的作用研究

摘　　要：目的獉獉:探讨家属康复知识教育对酒依赖患者复饮率的影响。方法獉獉:60例酒依赖患者按抛硬币分组法随机分为研究组与对照组各30例。两组患者均给予常规性戒酒治疗及护理,研究组则对酒依赖患者家属增加康复知识教育,时间为8周,出院后1年,采用家庭环境评定量表中文版(FES-CV)、亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV)及复饮率/再住院率比较两组效果。结果獉獉:(1)入院时,两组FES-CV与(FACESⅡ-CV评分无明显差异(P>0.05);(2)出院1年后,研究组FES-CV与FACESⅡ-CV评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)研究组复饮率和再住院率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论獉獉:对酒依赖患者家属进行康复知识教育能够改善患者家庭环境,降低复饮率。Objective：To explore the effect of family member knowledge education on the rate of relapse drink among the patients with alcohol dependence.Methods：Sixty patients with alcohol dependence were divided into study group（30 patients） and control group（30 patients） by coin dividing group method,both groups were given conventional detoxification and nursing,the study added rehabilitation knowledge education for the family members of alcohol dependence patients,the education lasted 8 weeks.After the patients with alcohol dependence left hospital for one year,the effect of both groups was compared by FES-CV,FACESⅡ-CV and recovery drinking rate/ rehospitalization rate.Results：（1） When both groups were admitted to hospital,the score of FES-CV,FACESⅡ-CV in both groups was not obviously different（P0.05）;（2） After both groups were out of hospital for one year,the score of FES-CV,FACESⅡ-CV in study group was higher than that in control group（P0.01）;（3） The recovery drinking rate/ rehospitalization rate in study group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Giving family care knowledge education for the family members of alcohol dependence patient could improve family environment and reduce relapse drinking rate.
