帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症的有效性及安全性。方法:选择笔者所在医院2010年1月-2012年1月收治的精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为观察组35例给予帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,对照组35例给予利培酮治疗,于治疗2、4周末观察治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组2、4周的PANSS总分及各因子分均显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较观察组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,观察组明显低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片可以有效改善精神分裂症患者的阳性和阴性症状,不良反应少,更有利于患者的社会功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the curative effect and safety of paliperidone extended-release tablet in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods ： Collected 70 patients of schizophrenia from January 2010 to January 2012, which were divided into two groups, each group of 35 cases, control group treated with risperidone, observation group treated with paliperidone extended-release tablet, treatments for 4 weeks, and observe the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results ： After treatment of 2, 4 weeks, the total and each factor score of PANSS decreased significantly in two groups（P〈0.05）, the observation group decreased more obviously, the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of two groups of patients with adverse reactions incidence, observer group was significantly lower, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conc｜usion ： Paliperidone extended-release tablet can effectively improve the effect of positive and negative symptoms in schizophrenia patients, with fewer adverse reactions, more conducive to the social functional recovery of patients, and it is worthy clinical application.
