摘  要:[目的]研究中草药烟用添加剂的急性毒性。[方法]通过对小白鼠最大耐受量测定(MTD),以最大浓度(1.5 g生药/ml)和最大体积(40 ml/kg),给小白鼠灌胃给药(i.g),给药后连续14 d观察动物的毒性症状及死亡情况。[结果]急性毒性研究结果显示,给药后14 d内小白鼠活动、外观、行为、摄食、大小便、呼吸等未见异常,未见毒性反应及死亡发生。中草药烟用添加剂对小白鼠经口的MTD为60 g生药/kg,相当于成人(60 kg体重)日用量(15 g药材)的240倍。限于药物浓度及动物的给药容量,无法测定LD50。[结论]中草药烟用添加剂的毒性反应剂量大于60 g生药/kg,表明中草药烟用添加剂的毒性低。[Objective] To study the acute toxicity of Chinese herbal medical tobacco additive.[Method] Test of the maximum tolerance dose(MTD) was used,mice were fed the maximum concentration of the herbal medicine 1.5 g/ml,and the maximum volume 40 ml/kg respectively.The acute toxicity reaction and death of mice after for 14 days were observed.[Result] Activity state of the mice was well and mice were not appear by-effect and death.Maximal tolerance of experimental mice to the maximum concentration of the herbal medicine 60 g/kg,that was about 240 times as many as the recommended dose in clinic.LD50 cann't be determined for the limitation of drug concentration and delivery capacity.[Conclusion] The experiment showed that the Chinese herbal medical tobacco additve has lower toxicity and good security.
