摘  要:目的比较苏州、南京两地女性宫颈上皮细胞人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因分布情况。方法采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对3084例宫颈上皮细胞标本进行23种HPV基因型别检测。结果 3084例女性宫颈上皮细胞标本,HPV总阳性率为21.37%(659/3084),苏州、南京地区HPV总阳性率分别为35.32%(481/1362)、10.34%(178/1722),一重感染阳性率分别为24.08%(328/1362)、8.89%(153/1722),多重感染阳性率分别为11.23%(153/1362)、1.45%(25/1722),两地HPV总阳性率及一重、多重感染阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基因扩增结合基因芯片检测技术可应用于宫颈细胞标本HPV检测,对女性宫颈HPV感染分子流行病学调查研究具有重要意义。Objective To compare the clinical distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV) genotypes between Suzhou and Nanjing.Methods Polymerase chain reaction and gene-chips technology were utilized for the detection of 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in epithelial cell specimens from 3 084 cases of women.And related materials of all subjects were analyzed.Results The total HPV positive rate was 21.37%(659/3 084) in all specimens.The total positive rates of HPV were 35.32%(481/1 362) and 10.34%(178/1 722) in Suzhou and Nanjing region respectively.The positive rates of single genotype infection were 24.08%(328/1 362) and 8.89%(153/1 722) and of multiple genotypes infection were 11.23%(153/1 362) and 1.45%(25/1 722).All of the positive rates mentioned above were significantly different between the two regions(P0.05).Conclusion Gene chip technology could detect HPV genotypes in cervical cell samples,which might be important meaning for the study of HPV genotypes distribution among women.
