摘 要:目的探讨胃癌组织中多药耐药基因谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)-π的表达及临床意义。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测53例胃癌组织标本和15例正常胃黏膜组织标本GST-π基因的表达,分析其与胃癌病理特征的关系。结果癌组织GST-π基因相对表达值为0.56±0.27,高于正常胃黏膜组织(0.18±0.13)(t=5.30,P<0.05);不同分化程度胃癌组织GST-π基因表达程度差异具有统计学意义(t=2.67,P<0.05)。结论 GST-π基因高表达可能导致胃癌产生多药耐药性,GST-π检测对制订化疗方案有一定指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of glutathione S-transferase(GST)-π in patients with gastric cancer.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of GST-π in 53 cases of gastric cancer tissue samples and 15 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues,and the relationship between the expression of GST-π and the clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed.Results The expression level of GST-π was 0.56±0.27 in gastric cancer tissue samples,which was significantly higher than 0.18±0.13 in normal tissues(t=5.30,P0.05).The expression of GST-π intensity was related to differentiation degree(t=2.67,P0.05),and with no correlation with other clinicopathologic parameters.Conclusion The over-expression of GST-π might underline the multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.The detection of expression could be with important significance for judging the prognosis of gastric cancer.
