施他宁治疗急性重症胰腺炎多中心临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察施他宁治疗急性重症胰腺炎 (ACP)的疗效。方法 :45例ACP患者使用施他宁治疗 ,与 38例常规治疗的ACP患者对照 ,记录两组症状体征消失时间、主要实验室指标复常时间、临床治愈时间、并发症发生率、药物不良反应及死亡率。结果 :施他宁治疗组症状体征消失时间、主要实验室指标复常时间、临床治愈时间均较对照组缩短 ,两组有显著差异。施他宁治疗组并发症发生率明显低于对照组 ,但两组死亡率无明显差异。用药过程未见施他宁有明显不良反应。结论Objective:To observe the efficacy of stilamin in treatment of acute critical pancreatitis (ACP).Methods:83 patients with ACP were divided to receive stilamin( n =45)or routine therapy ( n =38) and the symptomolytic time,recovery time of main laboratory indexes,incidence of complications,side effects and mortality were recorded.Results:All parameters except complications and mortality in the active group are shorter than those in the control group with statistically significant.Complications in active group are significant lower than those in the control group and no difference in mortality between groups.Conclusion:Stilamin is an effective and safe drug for treatment of ACP.
