生态社区建设思路、模式及对策研究——以广州市为例

摘　　要：生态社区是一种可持续的人类聚居模式。它是以生态学基本原理为指导,以人与自然的和谐相处、资源与能源的高效使用为核心,利用现代生态技术手段,营造的一种自然、和谐、健康、舒适的人类聚居环境。当前,广州建设生态社区存在的主要问题是:缺乏系统的生态思想;社区建设未能纳入城市规划中,以致社区布局不合理;生态社区建设缺少规范、缺少操作性强的评价指标体系等。广州要建设好生态社区,必须制定新的建设路径,通过掌握社区的环境现状、构建指标体系、选择适当的构建模式、采取一系列措施进行建设,以早日实现广州生态城市的建设目标。文章在论述社区、生态社区的概念、特征的基础上,结合广州市生态社区的建设现状,分析了广州建设生态社区存在的问题,并对广州建设生态社区的思路、模式及对策进行研究,提出了自己的观点。文章丰富了当前生态社区建设的相关理论,也为广州生态社区建设提供了参考依据。The ecological community is a sustainable human settlements mode. It is based on the basic principle of ecology as a guide to the harmony of man and nature, the efficient use of resources and energy as the core, the use of modern ecological technology to create a natural, harmonious, healthy and comfortable human settlements environment. The main problems in the construction of ecological communities in Guangzhou are： the lack of systematically ecological thoughts; community construction could not be included in urban planning, resulting in unreasonable community layout, lack of ecological community construction norms, and short of operational evaluation index system. To construct better ecological communities in Guangzhou, a new set of systematic index system should be created and the concomitant infrastructure should be chosen based on the present construction path and on the state of the environmental status of communities so as to realize of the goal of eco-city in Guangzhou as soon as possible. After the discussion on the concept and characteristics of community, ecological communities, the main problems in the construction of ecological communities in Guangzhou were analyzed on the basis of the current status of ecological community. The ideas, modes and countermeasures for the construction of ecological communities in Guangzhou were studied and the viewpoints were presented. The results of this study can not only rich the current theory of ecological community construction, but also contributes the actual work of the eco-community construction in Guangzhou to some extent.
